Code of Ethics

  • Our breeding and development of the breed is based on long-term objectives and sound principles so that the breeding does not result in diseases, bad temperament or lack of working skills.
  • Our breeding serves the objective of preserving and extending the genetic diversity of the breed.
  • Only functionally healthy dogs are used for breeding. It is the responsibility of all breeders to determine whether such breeding animals are mentally and physically suitable for reproduction.
  • We ensure that the animals intended for breeding have a stable temperament and are in good physical condition.
  • We ensure our puppies have a physical and mental beneficial environment for healthy development.
  • We do our best to abide by this code, but please remember we work with Mother Nature of which we have no absolute control over the generations of genetic genes which include recessive genes.

Investing in high quality genetics pays you back many times over.

Investing in low quality genetics costs you many times over.

Our breeding program is based on science, experience and continued education.

We attend Canine Breeder Excellence seminars provided by UC Davis. UC Davis is ranked #1 by US News and World Report with a reputation of cutting edge information.
